I’ve spent years in education—as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, and instructional coach—and I’ve learned that the best teaching strategies aren’t always the most complicated ones.
Real classrooms are busy. Plans change. Students have different needs. There are emails to answer, lessons to prepare, papers to grade, meetings to attend, and somehow you’re supposed to keep all of it organized.
